Terms and Conditions for Car Rental

1. Booking and Payment:

– The reservation is confirmed only after advance payment.
– Payments must be made according to the methods specified in the booking confirmation via email and/or telephone.

2. Cancellation and Modifications:

– Cancellation, as well as any change to the booking, must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
– In case of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, penalties will be applied according to our cancellation policies.

3. Vehicle Condition:

– The vehicle will be delivered in suitable condition. Any damage caused during the rental will be charged to the customer.

4. Guide and Additional Driver:

– The driver must have a valid driving license.
– Any additional driver must be indicated during the booking request or in any case before the start of the rental.

5. Mileage and Fuel:

– Rates may include a limited number of kilometres. Any additional kilometers will be charged.
– The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it was delivered.

6. Complaints:

– Any complaints must be communicated immediately upon return of the vehicle to allow for prompt resolution.

7. Force Majeure:

– In case of force majeure or situations beyond the control of the operator, it may be necessary to make changes to the rental conditions.

8. Privacy Consent:

– The customer accepts the use of their personal data for purposes related to the booking and car rental service, in compliance with privacy regulation.
