Privilege Exclusive Service Cancellation Policy

We are committed to offering high quality and personalized services at Privilege Exclusive Service. To ensure a smooth experience, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Notice Time:

Cancellation of a booking must be made the number of days in advance indicated below for each service, with respect to the start date of the booking service.

2. Penalties:

Charter: In case of cancellation made with less than 10 (ten) days notice, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booked service will be charged.

Car rental: In case of cancellation made with less than 2 (two) days notice, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booked service will be charged.

Van rental with driver: In case of cancellation made with less than 5 (five) days notice, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booked service will be charged.

3. Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellation can be done via:
– Email: Send an email to info@privilegeexclusiveservice.com, clearly indicating your name and booking number.
– Telephone: Call us on +39 333 6297172 and provide the information necessary for cancellation.

4. Cancellation Confirmation:

You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email or via telephone and email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference.

5. Booking Changes:

Changes to your booking are subject to availability of services and must be agreed with our team.
