Terms and Conditions – Shuttle Rental with Driver

Thank you for choosing Privilege Exclusive Service for your transportation needs. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to our shuttle rental service with driver:

1. Booking and Payment:

• The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.
• Payments must be made according to the methods specified in the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation:

• Any cancellations must be communicated at least five days in advance of the scheduled date of the service.
• In case of cancellation with less than five days notice, penalties will be applied according to our cancellation policies.

3. Booking Changes:

• Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least five days in advance of the scheduled date of the service.
• Changes are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

4. Vehicle Condition:

• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.

5. Responsibilities:

• Privilege Exclusive Service assumes no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or heavy traffic.
